It happened, for me, in 2 stages.
1stly hearing Why Won't You Talk About It? on a Norwegian internet radio show back in 2003.
Then hearing Ewan on the same show a few weeks later.
Ewan was also my first Radio Dept. purchase.
It's still my favourite Radio Dept song.

A couple of years ago, a swedish friend of mine told me I should check them out as The Radio Dept is one of his favorite groups and he always wanted to make a remix of "Where Damage Isn't Already Done"...
I was hooked!

I came across them by the Labrador compilation 'Labrador 100 - A Complete History Of Popular Music' ... I've been in love with them instantly. Then I checked the album 'Pet Grief' and their older works.. it's really really great!

I'm not a fan because I don't like this word. I like their music a lot and I own every record or single I can afford.
I discovered them in a concert... and until then I've been following their career.
What is good from The Radio Dept. is that their new recordings never disappoint you.

It was a few years ago and I was looking up random music on Last.fm and I came across them and really liked their name. So i sat there, during a winter night being upset over something and all of a sudden, "Deliverance" came on and I just fell in love.

A friend of mine told me about it but didn't pay attention to any song except for Where Damage Isn't Already Done. It had to pass like 5 months so I could fell in love with Lesser Matters. I was hooked up with that album for months. And eventually got into Pet Grief. But I still love Lesser Matters a little bit more than Pet Grief
my heart keeps beating like a hammer
